Choosing the STRONG & FREE motorhome to make the 10,000 km journey to the 2010 Olympics and beyond was something that took serious consideration. Your site was our first stop and Sandy Gray in sales was our first introduction to your team and we immediately loved her style and knowledge about what we needed for the trek. Even though she knew it would at least a year or more before the purchase she was very interested in our story. Following that we did lots of online research and there was lots of units going cheap but we came back to Leisure Time because of Sandy. She was able to find us the perfect unit and then brought you in to meet us so you could hear our story. After our meeting we were convinced that you and your team would be an asset to our journey because we knew we could trust you. That trust has continued to grow along with the rest of the Leisure Time family. Our expectations were very high and all were met, right from the custom fireplace installation to satellite installation, on the road assistance and advice on where to go... we never felt like we were alone on this epic journey ! You are a great leader and you have a great team that focus #1 on customer satisfaction... this is hard to find and very valuable to any customer.
The Leisure Time Family RV team was key to the success of the STRONG & FREE RV 2010 Tour and continues to prove invaluable in our ongoing adventures.
